The Libby Verdict: What Legal Experts Say

Peter J. Henning, professor of law at Wayne State's Law School, commented in a Q&A about the federal jury's guilty verdict of I. Lewis \"Scooter\" Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney\'s former chief of staff. Libby was found guilty on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice.
